4. Client Accounts & Payment

Clients purchasing leads must provide accurate payment details. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

Replacement Policy: We deliver verified leads based on agreed filters. Replacements or credits are issued only for leads that fail qualification criteria (e.g., invalid contact info or duplicate submission) within 72 hours of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Site are owned by LeadVelocity LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
LeadVelocity makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadVelocity LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
